A few months ago the dutch government blocked a new law which garanteed equivalent parenthood after a divorce for mothers and fathers.
A few days before christmas they accepted a new law which grants unmarried girlfriends of lesbian mothers the parenthood by law.
A total squandering of the rights of chilren and their fathers. A cut-price selling of fatherhood by the government in the Netherlands.
Main reason is the law that prohibites discrimination, only fathers are excluded from this law as we can see for years now.
35 % of the dutch children are growing up without their fathers.

THE FIVE KINDS OF LOVE + AN INVITATION
Hindu philosophy talks about five kinds of love. In other words, everything man does is due to one of those five kinds of love.
The first one is love for the physical. Then there is love for the mind, love for a partner and love for God.
These first four kinds of love are changeable though. Love for a well-formed body by going to the gym will easily become a bit less wenn we grow older. Knowledge one longes to learn will change during time and even the love for our partner is not for ever, considering the different partners one is having in life.
When one loves God he is loving a concept of God and we all know we can lose lots of concepts in life, even God.
The fifth kind of love is the highest and the strongest one. That is the love for a child. This is the one love that remains, whatever may come and go (off course I am not speaking on transcendental love!).
This is the love one gives his own life for, this is the love that is bigger then one's own life.
This kind of love is now a days robbed legaly by different institutions from the Departments of Justice all around the western world. The victims of these legal crimes are the children and their fathers.
Like Professor Hoefnagels, a famous defender of the rights of chidren in the Netherlands, said: The unwritten crime of our time, in the future people will not understand this has happened.
My daughter and I are victims of this policy. We did not see each other for more than four years.
Ever since I have looked into this subject, dived into it, and went to court lots of times. By using integral approaches it looks I am slowly arriving where I want to be, back to a full responsibility for the well being off my daughter. Back to the point of legal allowed expressing the highest love in the so called real world, the love for my daughter.
Off course it is not about my daughter alone anymore. It is about all chidren who don't have acces to their fathers. That's also the best known therapie as you all probably will know. So this is my goal in life right now, the right of the child, fighting unjustice, changing family law.
The integral approach is not that popular in the Netherlands. For years I felt like pionering in a dreadfull world where common sense and love and justice have no meaning, with this integral knowledge outside of the known organisations and initiatives. I dare to say that Wilber, whatever the critics are today, saved me from getting insane or becoming a terrorist!
I like to invite you to think and write about this issue from a integral view. An issue which tears family's apart and makes wholes in the middle of the heart of the western society. What's a possible integral future?

Well, it's not only a problem in Europe but in the States as well.
To say it in another way; it's infecting the immediate quality of the US society in a deeper level then Afghanistan and Iraq do! With consequenses unknown or neglected.
Tell me why people don't know this, till they learn it the hard way?
